The main shareholder of Netaş Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. is ZTE Cooperatief U.A, holding 48.05% of the company shares. 15% of the company’s shares belong to Turkish Armed Forces Foundation. Netaş Telekomünikasyon A.Ş shares are traded in Borsa İstanbul with a free float ratio of %36.95.
The shares of the company are divided into two groups, all of them registered. The shares being divided into two groups do not provide any privileges to the aforementioned (A) and (B) group shares except as noted in the 9th and 15th clauses of the Articles of Association.

As of July 28, 2017, shares of OEP Turkey Tech B.V. (OEP) in Netaş Telekomünikasyon A.Ş were transferred to ZTE Cooperatief U.A. (“ZTE Cooperatief”). Following the transaction, ZTE Cooperatief has become a capital partner with a share percentage of 48.04. After the Mandatory Bid completed on October 17, 2017, the share of ZTE Cooperatief U.A in Netaş capital has increased to 48.05%.
